夏川りみさんは沖縄音楽唄者の中でもトップ中のトップであることは誰しも認めるところですが、これを聴くとそのりみさんをさらに凌ぐ古謝美佐子さんには圧倒されました。神ですね。ただの歌うまではないあの節回しは楽譜では表現できない。側で聞いてコピーするしかないだろうな。

因みに、この曲は、1972年10月～11月の間に「NHKみんなのうた」で放送されておりました。
歌い手は、赤い鳥の皆さんで、映像は実写でした。
残念ながら、その映像は見つかっておりません。
その当時(1961~1979)の「みんなのうた」の映像や音声を視聴者提供などで探す「NHKみんなのうた」の「発掘プロジェクト」が、2021年12月31日をもって、終了するらしいです。
この曲以外にも、たくさん発掘対象曲が、まだ後356曲もあります。未だに未音声状態の楽曲も、後55曲もあります。もったいない…。素晴らしい企画だったのに…。
